You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and condition. Special-order and used items may not be eligible for return. A 15% restocking fee may apply. To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Rental terms are available on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Equipment must be returned clean, undamaged, and on time. Late returns or equipment returned in poor condition may incur additional fees. Rental customers are responsible for the equipment during the rental period, including any loss, theft, or damage.
We make every effort to display accurate descriptions and availability of our products. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or pricing are always error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
